Rathly offers SMS/text message communications to keep you informed about your services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking an unchecked-by-default consent box on our booking form, client registration form, or any other form where we explicitly request SMS consent. The checkbox names Rathly, discloses message frequency, and links to this SMS Policy as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What messages you may receive
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates and status notifications
- Invoice notifications and payment reminders
- Responses to your inquiries
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity with Rathly. We will not send more messages than necessary for service-related communications. Typical volume is 1-4 messages per appointment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rathly does not charge for sending text messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier apply.
How to stop messages (opt-out)
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. We also honor CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, and QUIT.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent data are used solely to deliver the messages described above. Carrier pass-through partners (such as Twilio) may process messages on our behalf and are not considered third parties for this purpose. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
