Services

We provide the services described on our website and in any written quote or work order. Pricing, scope, and timing are as stated in your specific agreement with us. Service availability may vary; we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation fees may apply as disclosed at booking.

Payment

Invoices are due per the terms on each invoice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.

Text messages

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you authorize Rathly to send you transactional SMS (appointment reminders, status updates, invoice notifications). Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Policy for details on how SMS information is handled.

Client portal

If you create an account on our client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
